General Terms & Conditions for All Bookings
- Amendment
- Amendment charges apply for changes to pick-up location/destination, time and/or date.
- $12 per amendment made within 2 hours and more than 45 mins prior to pick-up time.
- If an amendment is made more than 2 hours prior to pick-up time, there will be no charge. Up to a maximum of 2 amendments are allowed after a booking is made.
- No amendments are allowed less than 45 mins prior to pick-up time.
- No amendments are allowed for i) Vehicle type ii) Service type iii) Additional Stops after a booking is made.
- After booking confirmation, any amendment requests will be rejected if amendment payment fails.
- Strides reserves the right to change the driver/vehicle at any point or if the original driver is not able to fulfil the booking after an amendment is made.
- Cancellation
- The full fare will be charged for any cancellation made within 2 hours prior to pick-up time.
- If a cancellation is made more than 2 hours prior to pick-up time, there is a $5 cancellation charge.
- In case of lateness by passenger or Passenger No Show (PNS) for non-airport arrival trips, whereby the driver is unable to contact the passenger, the driver will leave 15 minutes after the respective transfer waiting time (for each vehicle type). Thereafter, the booking will be considered completed/fulfilled and the full fare will be charged.
- For Hourly Charter (all vehicle types)
- 24 hours advance booking is required, subject to availability.
- Payment mode is by Credit Card only.
- All prices are subjected to change without notice and are not guaranteed, except for accepted bookings.
